As well as being a voice over artist, from time to time I'm also a sound artist. I create sound installation for interesting spaces and places. I can respond to a brief or creative challenge to create sound art just for you..
NEWS: Well Being now online exclusively here!
I was asked to creative a sound art installation for Folkestone's Creative Foundation's "Open Quarter" weekend which was 18-19 June 2016. The weekend allowed all visitors to peep inside and venture into artist's studios, hidden and private spaces with the Creative Quarter in Folkestone, Kent. I was allocated an amazing space to work in! Well Being was installed in a secret room under the El Cortador tapas bar in the Old High Street Folkestone, that has an ancient and mysterious well running through it! Please get in touch for more info.

Well Being, Voice Art.
The Shepping Forecast
In 2015 I was asked to create a piece of "voice art" for the newly re-opened leisure destination in Folkestone - The Harbour Arm. With it's seafaring and industrial heritage, this regeneration of part of Folkestone's seafront changed the way many people saw the town this year. The Shepping Forecast pays tribute to that hinterland between land and sea and explores the reassuring yet vital tones of the traditional and well loved Shipping Forecast. Instead of the familiar shipping areas, I have used areas of Folkestone and inserted some social comment where ordinarily you'd find purely weather and seastate information. "Sailing By" is by Ronald Binge and is used with kind permission from Mozart Edition UK publishers. The photos are from local people who love the Harbour Arm almost as much as I do!
I LOVE creating bespoke, location specific voice art pieces. Please get in touch to talk through your ideas.
